OAK AVENUE STREETSCAPE
This is a CRA funded project which will add continuity to
the other phases of downtown streetscape projects. Oak
Avenue demolished between 1st and 2nd. All pavers have
been palletized.

ST JOHNS PKWY INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
CPH, Inc. has designed an improvement to the intersection
of St. Johns Parkway and Upsala Road.

TERWILLEGER TRAIL
The GAI Consultants designed trail will connect Seminole
Boulevard to State Road 46. Condor Construction awarded
bid. Clearing and grubbing has begun.
CLOUD BRANCH DRAINAGE PHASE III
Installed pipe under the rail road tracks using jack and bore
on Elm Avenue.

STORMWATER DIVISION
Crew doing a pipe crossing in hazel glean to alieve standing
water on a driveway that was gone in a few days. Crew
digging out the ditch along Aero Lane we had to dig this out
due to lack of best management practices by the contractor.
Crew mowing ditches and pipe cleaning areas that are
holding water.

HIDDEN LAKE DRIVE AND LIVE OAK BOULEVARD
SIDEWALK PROJECT
Neel-Schaffer has designed a continuous sidewalk in the
Hidden Lake subdivision in Fiscal Year 2017 over 10 lane
miles of roadway were resurfaced city-wide. Agendas were
approved by the City Commission for road and concrete
services totaling over $1.5 Million in the 2018 budget year.
