Arrested 121 suspects through the use of K-9 Deployment.
Seized a total of 22 firearms through the Neighborhood
Response Unit.
Processed a total of 129 crime scenes by our Crime Scene
Technicians.
Received and logged 6,571 evidence items (including
safekeeping and found property).
Arrested 56 subjects with active warrants through the
Neighborhood Response Unit.
Utilized traffic crash analytics to conduct traffic
enforcement as a crash mitigation tool.
Deployed the Community Activities Trailer a total of 28
times.
Attended numerous community meetings in regards to
public safety, community redevelopment and engagement.
Increased social media presence with the utilization of
Facebook, Facebook Live, Twitter and YouTube by over 10%
across all platforms.
Received 174 tips through Crimeline. (The significant
increase is due to increased use of social media in attempts
to identify suspects).
Held two Citizen’s Police Academies.
Volunteers supported and participated in numerous
community events throughout the city, totaling 3,209.5
hours.
Preparing to host a very successful National Night Out.
