RECOMMENDATION: STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE PLANNING COMMISION CONTINUE THE PUBLIC HEARING TO MARCH 24, 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING.

RECOMMENDATION: STAFF RECOMMENDS THAT THE PLANNING COMMISSION CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND ADOPTING A DETERMINATION OF EXEMPTION UNDER CEQA.
