                08/28/24-2.         Consideration of a Use Permit for the demolition of an existing 4,470 square foot auto repair shop and the construction of a new 7,400 square-foot three-story medical building with on-site partially underground

                                     parking at 222 N. Sepulveda Boulevard and associated environmental determination finding the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. (A & A Holdings, LLC )

                                                Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: (1) conduct a public hearing; and (2) adopt a resolution approving the Use Permit subject to conditions, and finding the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”).

 

            08/28/24-3.          Consideration of a Master Use Permit Amendment to allow for the sale and service of distilled spirits in addition to the existing beer and wine sales and service in conjunction with food service at an existing eating

                                                  and drinking establishment located at 1127 Manhattan Avenue, and associated environmental determination finding the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. (Dash Dashi)

                                                Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: (1) conduct a public hearing; and (2) adopt a resolution approving the Master Use Permit Amendment, subject to conditions, and finding the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
