A.           ZONE TEXT AMENDMENT

AFFORDABLE HOUSING REQUIREMENTS AND INCENTIVES PROVISIONS:

The Planning Commission Long Range Planning Projects subcommittee will provide input on a proposed zone text amendment to clarify the formula for establishing sales prices for inclusionary units, determining when inclusionary units must be sold or rented, and setting forth minimum maintenance requirements.
