                     RECOMMENDATION:  CONDUCT THE CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CITY COUNCIL

 

            08/28/19-3.      Use Permit to Allow the Redevelopment of Fire Station No. 2, including Demolition of the Existing Site and Construction of a New Firehouse, Parking Lot, Landscaping, and Ancillary Improvements at 1400 Manhattan Beach Boulevard (City of Manhattan Beach)

                       RECOMMENDATION:  CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS
