RECOMMENDATION: RECEIVE PUBLIC INPUT ON THE DRAFT RESOLUTION AND CONDITIONS AND ADOPT RESOLUTION

            05/14/14-3.       Consideration of a Use Permit Amendment, Variances and Sign Exception Amendment to Construct an Addition to an Existing Two-Story Commercial Building and Other Site Improvements

RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT THE CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSS AND ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECT WITH CONDITIONS
