            03/23/11-4.       Consideration of a Use Permit for an Existing Restaurant to Allow On-Site

                                    Consumption of Beer and Wine and Outdoor Dining for Hot Doggers Located at

                                    1605 North Sepulveda Boulevard.

                                    RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSS
