            RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSS AND ADOPT RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL

Most meetings are rebroadcast at 12:00 PM and 8:30 PM on the Friday and Sunday following the Wednesday meeting on the Community Cable Channels and Live Webcast.
