            11/10/10-3.        Consideration of Two Appeals of the Director of Community Development’s Decision to Approve a Remodel Project for 3404 Strand / 3405 Ocean Drive. (Stone/Rickles)

RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING AND DENY APPEAL, THEREBY UPHOLDING DIRECTOR’S DECISION

 

                                    11/10/10-4.        Consideration of a Coastal Development Permit to Allow Reconstruction of Selected Segments of Concrete and Asphalt Bike Trail on Los Angeles County Beach Property Along the Entire Length of the Manhattan Beach Coastline.
