A. Land Acknowledgement
“The West Hollywood Transgender Advisory Board acknowledges that the land on which we gather and that is currently known as the City of West Hollywood is the occupied, unceded, seized territory of the Gabrieleño Tongva and Gabrieleño Kizh peoples.”

D. Approval of the March 6, 2024 Meeting Agenda
The Board is requested to approve the March 6, 2024 Meeting Agenda as posted.

E. Approval of the February 7, 2024 Meeting Minutes
The Board is requested to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2024 meeting.

F. Public Comment
The public is given the opportunity to address the Board on any item within its responsibility. Speakers are limited to two minutes each.
A. Update from the Job Fair Subcommittee
The Board will receive brief updates on the upcoming Job Fair Subcommittee to be held in Spring 2024.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file.
A. Trans Booth at WeHo Pride Subcommittee
The Board will consider forming a Subcommittee to plan out the WeHo Pride Booth.
RECOMMENDATION: Select no more than three Boardmembers to sit on the Subcommittee to plan giveaways at the Trans Booth at WeHo Pride.
B. Department of Justice – Community Relations Service
The Board will consider an invitation from the Department of Justice’s Community Relations Service to serve on a group meant to organize an event to create dialogue between law enforcement agencies and the transgender community. The next meeting will be held on March 7, 2024 from 1-2:30PM via Zoom.
RECOMMENDATION: Select no more than two Boardmembers to join the Department of Justice’s Community Relations Service working group.
This portion of the meeting has been set aside for general comments, announcements, requests, and/or other issues of concern from members of the Transgender Advisory Board, including time to share information about transgender community focused events and activities.
This time is set aside for City staff to provide information or feedback to the Transgender Advisory Board on items of interest to the Board.
The Transgender Advisory Board will adjourn to its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to be held in the West Hollywood City Hall 1st Floor Community Meeting Room at 8300 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA 90069.
