CALL AND NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

 

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH PLANNING COMMISSION:

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chairperson has called a Special Meeting of the Manhattan Beach Planning Commission to be held at Manhattan Beach Police/Fire Conference Room, 400/420 15th Street, Manhattan Beach, California, 90266, at 4:00 PM on Wednesday August 14, 2024, for the purpose of convening a meeting of the City Council. The agenda for the meeting is set forth below.

Please note that members of the public will be provided the opportunity to directly address the Planning Commission concerning the item(s) described below before the Planning Commission considers such item(s). No other business shall be considered.

 

Copies of staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business referred to on this agenda are available for review on the City's website at www.manhattanbeach.gov, the Police Department located at 400/420 15th Street, and are also on file in the Office of the City Clerk for public inspection.                                                Staff recommends that the Planning Commission conduct a study session to discuss proposed code amendments related to updating the City’s parking code (Chapter 10.64 – Off-Street Parking and Loading

                                                Regulations of the Manhattan Beach Municipal Code) and provide input to staff.
