RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT THE PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION OF THE PROPOSED CITYWIDE (INCLUDING THE COASTAL ZONE) ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (ADU) REGULATIONS, ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM AMENDMENTS
