These payment terms will be consistent for all agencies. The Office of the County Attorney (OCA) will need to review agreements.  Create spreadsheet which will include: the number of passes delivered, type of passes delivered (with pass numbers), SCAT staff member that delivered passes and agency staff member that received them (signature required), and the value of passes delivered.  Reconcile revenue collected to above referenced spreadsheet.
