                      RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS

            05/22/19-3.     Use Permit to Allow a New 5,500 Square Foot Commercial Building for a Restaurant with a 2,000 Square Foot Outdoor Dining Area, and a Type 47 Alcohol License for the Sale and On-site Consumption of Alcohol at 3110 N. Sepulveda Boulevard as part of the Manhattan Village Shopping Center (RREEF)

                      RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS

            05/22/19-4.      Determination of Consistency of the New Proposed Projects in FY 2019-2020 through 2023-2024 of the five-year Capital Improvement Plan with the Manhattan Beach General Plan

                       RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION, DETERMINING THAT THE NEW PROPOSED PROJECTS ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH GENERAL PLAN
