                                    RECOMMENDATION:

A)    CONDUCT THE CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING;

B)   ADOPT RESOLUTION, ADOPTING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM; AND,

C)  CONDITIONALLY APPROVE THE PROJECT
