                    RECOMMENDATION: DISCUSS AND PROVIDE DIRECTION

            01/08/14-3.    Consideration of a Use Permit and Variance for Proposed Construction of an Office Building at 865 Manhattan Beach Boulevard (865 MB BLVD LLC).

Most meetings are rebroadcast at 12:00 PM and 8:30 PM on the Friday and Sunday following the Wednesday meeting on the Community Cable Channels and Live Webcast.
