             06/27/12-3.      Introduction and Overview of the Manhattan Village Shopping Center Enhancement Project located on the East Side of Sepulveda Boulevard Between Rosecrans Avenue

                                    and Marine Avenue.

RECOMMENDATION: ACCEPT THE PRESENTATION, TAKE PUBLIC COMMENTS, AND PROVIDE COMMENTS ON THE PROPOSED PROJECT
