                                  Proposed Construction of a Mixed Use Building with One Commercial Condominium Unit and Two Residential Condominium

                                  Units on the Property Located at 3920 Highland Avenue.

                                  RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE

7.         PUBLIC HEARING, CONTINUED      

           04/27/11-3.      Consideration of a Use Permit for an Existing Restaurant to Allow On-Site Consumption of Beer and Wine, Outdoor Dining, and 24-Hour

                                  Operation for HotDoggers, Inc. Located at 1605 North Sepulveda Boulevard.

                                  RECOMMENDATION:

A)    CONDUCT THE CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
