8.         PUBLIC HEARINGS

            12/08/10-3.       Consideration of a Use Permit Amendment to Reduce the Requirement for a Satellite Parking Facility, Give the Hotel the Option to Charge

                                   Overnight Guests for Overnight Valet Parking, and Implement a Neighborhood Directional/Parking Signage Program at

                                   3501 N Sepulveda Boulevard (Belamar Hotel).

                                   RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT RESOLUTION, APPROVING REQUEST WITH CONDITIONS

Most meetings are rebroadcast at 12:00 PM and 8:30 PM on the Friday and Sunday following the Wednesday meeting on the Community Cable Channels and Live Webcast.
