RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECT WITH CONDITIONS

06/23/10-3. Consideration of a Master Use Permit Amendment for Modifications to the Previously Approved Hours of Operation, Notification for Special Events, Restaurant Operations, and a Height Variance for a Six Foot High Noise Barrier at the Roofdeck at the Shade Hotel, Metlox Site, 1221 North Valley Drive (Manhattan Inn Operation Company, LLC- Michael A. Zislis, President)
