                                   06/24/09-3.  Consideration of a Master Use Permit Amendment for Modifications to the Existing Approvals for Hours of Operation, Size of Special Events, Dancing, Food Service, and Installation of a Glass Wall Between the Lobby Bar and Hotel Rooms at the Shade Hotel, Metlox Site, 1221 North Valley Drive (Manhattan Inn Operation Company, LLC- Michael A. Zislis, President)

     RECOMMENDATION: CONDUCT THE PUBLIC HEARING, DISCUSS, AND PROVIDE DIRECTION
