02/11/09-4.        City Council 2008-2009 Work Plan Item: Zoning Code Amendment to the Tree Preservation Regulations (Section 10.52.120 of the Zoning Code) and Related Code Sections, to Revise the Tree Preservation Regulations, to Provide More Flexibility and to require a Tree Trimmers Permit.
