 07/07/25.4-3-2   Consideration of Residential Zoning Code Amendments and Local Coastal Program Amendments for the City Council 2005-2007 Work Plan Item on Mansionization, including but not limited to, 1) new residential development standards to increase open space and setbacks, and 2) lot mergers. (Exhibit C)                                                                                 

5.    TENTATIVE AGENDA – September 12, 2007

1.         Consideration of Proposed Construction of Larger Concrete Pads on the Beach/Bike Path Between 27^th Street and 28^th Street (Los Angeles County Dept. of Public Works)

 2.         Consideration of City Council 2005-2007 Work Plan Item to Address Mansionization in Residential Zones-1). encourage the retention of existing smaller homes, and 2). allow for the accessory use of adjacent common ownership parcels.
